James Hunter

Acting Lance Corporal James Hunter of the RSF was killed in action in Egypt on 4th August 1916. He was 28 years old.

He was born on the14th November 1888 in Holmhead (at that time in the parish of Auchinleck) to potter Joseph Hunter and his wife Janet Harper from Clackmannanshire.
