George Burns

I had trouble finding which, of the many George Burns to die, was the one on Cumnock War Memorial.

The war memorial has him Sgt George Burns of the Argyll & Southern Highlanders. No match for this.

The Roll of Honour list in the Cumnock Chronicle on 24th March 1916 has him as
Sergeant George Burns of the 2nd Seaforth Highlanders.

This helped narrow it down to the man below but he's not a sergeant and I still can't link him to Cumnock and there are several George Burns born in Kilmarnock in the time frame.
